Sue Ellen Majors

I attended Lookeba-Sickles Schools all my life and graduated in 1988. I met my husband, Dwight Majors, while in high school, and we got married in 1990. We have two sons, Andy and Aaron Majors.

After having my two sons, I went back to school and graduated as an LP from Canadian Valley Technology Center in 2003. I continued my education at Redlands Community College. I graduated from Redlands in 2006 with an associates degree in nursing.

Since then, I have worked in two hospitals and nursing homes. I was also the WIC nurse at the Canadian County Health Department for almost eleven years. I have also enjoyed working as a private nurse for various clients who were in different stages of their lives.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling to new places, and teaching preschool age children about Jesus in Sunday school class. I am a member of the First Christian Church in Hinton and love having an amazing church family.

When I’m not at work, I like to spend my time shopping and learning new photography skills.

I’m driven to work in the medical field and especially TC because helping people feel better is simply in my blood. We can give patients all the medicine in the world, but loving people of all ages and establishing relationships with each of them is something medicine alone can’t do. I want to be a part of that; that’s the most important part.
